Quantum Real Estate Advisors Brokers Sale of New Construction Strip Center in Huntley

Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a roughly 6,375-square-foot new construction strip center for $2.8 million.

The property is located at 12860 IL-47 in Huntley, Illinois, and consists of three suites, with a diverse tenant lineup featuring local and national tenants, including Jimmy John’s and JC Licht. The purchaser is an investor based in the Midwest. The seller, Core Acquisitions, is a Chicago-based developer and shopping center owner. Chad Firsel, President, and Brett Berlin, Senior Vice President, represented the seller in the transaction.

“Quality strip center product continues to see strong demand from buyers,” said Berlin. “The buyer was drawn to the asset because of the growth in the Huntley market, driven by new homes and retail development, as well as the opportunity to acquire a new construction asset at an attractive basis.” Quantum Real Estate Advisors is a commercial real estate brokerage specializing in investment sales and full-service leasing.
