Industrious Leases Full Floor in Bellevue Office Tower
National coworking space operator Industrious has leased a floor at Skanska’s 25-story office building, The Eight.
The company will occupy 22,000 square feet, taking up the entire third floor of the tower, with plans to open the new coworking space in June 2027, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. The move marks the company’s sixth workspace in the Seattle area and its second in Bellevue.
With the Industrious transaction, The Eight is now 92% leased. The building at 10770 NE Eighth Street was completed in July 2025 and is one of Bellevue’s newest towers. Skanska developed and constructed the building, and Pickard Chilton served as the architect.
Earlier this year, The Eight signed two retail tenants, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Sabine Cafe & Bar. Chipotle signed a lease to occupy approximately 1,877 square feet in a retail pavilion space within the building’s public plaza, and Sabine will occupy about 3,016 square feet in the building’s southeastern retail space along NE 8th Street.
