Twin Cities Accounting Firm Consolidates Offices Into 43K-SF Space
Carlson Partners announced that its advisors, Tim Olsen, SIOR, partner, and Sami Cowger, SIOR, executive director, represented Boyum Barenscheer, a Twin Cities accounting and advisory firm, in consolidating its two Minnesota offices into a new headquarters at Midway Innovation Center II, 2344 Energy Park Drive in St. Paul.
Boyum Barenscheer previously operated from an office at 3050 Metro Drive in Bloomington and a second office at 1210 W. County Road E in Arden Hills. The new headquarters spans 43,346 square feet, an increase of more than 6,000 square feet over the firm’s combined previous footprint and gives Boyum Barenscheer a central location to bring its Bloomington and Arden Hills offices together under one roof. The firm will occupy two of the building’s three floors.
The landlord, CSM, was represented by Transwestern‘s Eric Rapp, SIOR, and JLL’s Eric Batiza, SIOR. Carlson Partners represented Boyum Barenscheer throughout the entire real estate process, from site selection through lease negotiations and continues to advise the firm through design, buildout and move-in.
