Warehouse Developer Inks Users Before 1.7-SF Houston Industrial Park Debuts

Partners Capital announced that every acre of Phase I at North Houston Commerce Park is sold or under contract, with the remaining closings expected before the end of the year.

The 153-acre project, assembled by Partners Capital’s Land Fund I, sits at the southeast quadrant of FM 1960 and Aldine Westfield intersection and is minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. It will support roughly 1.7 million square feet of Class A industrial product in its first phase.

Portman closed on 41 acres and has broken ground on Gateway 1960, a three-building, 714,339-square-foot speculative park scheduled for delivery in summer 2027.

Adkisson Group will acquire 35 acres on which it plans to build nine industrial buildings ranging from 30,000 to more than 150,000 square feet. A third parcel is spoken for by a national developer building to suit for a Fortune 50 tenant.
