Aviation Repair Company Pays Nearly $30M for Doral Warehouse

Transwestern brokered the acquisition of a 112,000-square-foot industrial property at 2100 NW 88 Court in Doral, Florida, for $29.5 million. Transwestern’s Carlos Gaviria, Ben Eisenberg, Walter Byrd and Thomas Kresse represented the buyer, Jet Engine Technology Corporation, while Casal Group represented the seller, Century Properties. The building is down the street from Jet Engine’s headquarters.

The South Florida Business Journal reports the warehouse last traded for $17.26 million in 2024. It was built on the 4.7-acre site in 1984. It’s located in America’s Gateway Park, not far from Miami International Airport.

Founded in 1997, Jet Engine Technology Corporation is a Federal Aviation Administration Part 145 Certified Repair Station. The company plans to take over the full building to support the expansion of its FAA Repair Station.
