- Colliers has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for Shops at One Plantation and Shoppers Haven, two prominent Broward County shopping centers totaling 261,999 square feet. Colliers Sabrina Stimming, Steven Henenfeld, Ruben Suarez, and Ariel Davis will lead leasing efforts for the properties on behalf of Stiles Retail Group. Located at 3303-3559 N. Federal Highway in Pompano Beach, Shoppers Haven is anchored by Publix and complemented by a mix of national retailers. The recently redeveloped property offers available spaces ranging from 1,500 to 21,302 square feet.

Launching its South Florida presence, MNS is providing leasing advisory and marketing services for Metro Parc in the Miami market and Boca Villas in Boca Raton.
- TSCG has brokered the $8.4 million sale of The Shoppes at Paradise Pointe, a 73,416-square-foot, Publix-anchored shopping center in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Anthony Blanco, partner and senior managing director of investment sales at TSCG, represented the seller, SITE Centers Corp., in the sale to a private individual buyer. Originally built in 1987, The Shoppes at Paradise Pointe was 82.5% occupied at the time of sale.
- A retail services team with more than 25 years of combined experience has joined Colliers in Central Florida. Blake Hunter and Robby Holihan have joined Colliers as executive vice presidents and will form a new retail brokerage team – serving clients throughout Central and West Florida. Hunter and Holihan were previously at SRS Real Estate Partners, where Hunter served as executive vice president and principal, and Holihan served as senior vice president and principal.
- JBM Institutional Multifamily Advisors has exclusively listed Linz of Viera – an institutional-grade, Class A+, four-story multifamily community located in Melbourne, FL within the affluent Viera master-planned community. Built in 2023, this Space Coast MSA asset consists of 350 units on approximately 20 acres.
