Nashville Retail Portfolio Trades for $54.3M
Vintage South offloaded a retail center portfolio made up of two Nashville properties. The 134,000-square-foot package was acquired by LBX Investments for $54.3 million. The Infill Nashville Portfolio comprises Breeze Block at 6100-6110 Robertson Ave. and Stateline at 5300 Centennial Blvd.
JLL represented Vintage South. The team was led by Brad Buchanan, Richard Reid and Jim Hamilton.
Both recently developed properties are positioned within Nashville’s Charlotte Park and The Nations corridor, one of the city’s most active growth areas. The properties are currently 91% occupied with 25 tenants representing diverse retail, fitness, wellness and service-oriented businesses.
Breeze Block totals 39,452 square feet and serves as a neighborhood-oriented destination featuring retail, restaurant, wellness and office space. Stateline comprises 94,661 square feet of mixed-use space along Centennial Boulevard and includes a blend of office, retail, health and wellness and service-oriented tenants.
