Colliers Secures $69M Refinance for Missoula Multifamily Property

Colliers’ Debt & Structured Finance has arranged $69.3 million to refinance Snowfarm Apartments, a 252-unit multifamily Property located in Missoula, Montana.

The financing was placed through Fannie Mae and marks the first-ever transaction executed utilizing Fannie Mae’s Streamlined Treasury Lock Program. The loan was structured as interest-only with a seven-year term, at a fixed rate of 5.4%. Jonathan Lee and Shahin Yazdi, Executive Managing Directors at Colliers, arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower, Roundhouse.

Snowfarm is a newly constructed apartment community situated minutes from downtown Missoula, offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts with upscale finishes. The property is located less than one mile from the city’s primary retail hub and is a 10-minute drive from downtown Missoula and the University of Montana. Snowfarm was designed with architecture by Minarik Architecture and landscape design by WGM Group.
