Hanover Company Delivers 358K-SF Lehigh Valley Industrial Project

Hanover Company announced the delivery of Savage Road, a 358,234-square-foot industrial development that marks Hanover’s first project in the Lehigh Valley industrial market.

The rear-load facility features a 36-foot clear height and 51 dock doors, providing a highly functional design for industrial users. Cushman & Wakefield’s Hunter Kessell, Gerry Blinebury and Collin Potter are overseeing leasing. Ware Malcomb is the architect for the project.

The strategic location at 770 Savage Road, Northampton, Pennsylvania, offers proximity to the Port of New York and New Jersey.
