Delivered in 2024, Inland Logistics Center is a 100% leased Class A distribution facility featuring 36-foot clear heights, LED warehouse lighting, 88 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors, expandable trailer parking, and a modern cross-dock configuration designed to support high-volume logistics and distribution operations.

Located near Interstate 45, Interstate 20, the Union Pacific Dallas Intermodal Terminal, Loop 9, and a nearby FedEx shipping hub, Inland Logistics Center is situated within one of the nation’s most desirable industrial corridors and benefits from population growth. The immediate area is also attracting substantial hyperscale data center development, further supporting long-term growth in the submarket.
