Endura Starts Work on 324-Unit Boerne Apartment Community

Endura Advisory Group broke ground on The Oaks of Cibolo Creek, a 324 unit apartment complex in Boerne, Texas. The project will sit on 20 acres about 2.5 miles from the downtown area.

Designed by Dallas-based UD Architects, with Franklin Construction, Ltd. as the contractor, the property will feature units averaging 918 square feet, with select homes offering private yards. The property will be managed by Greystar, with financing provided through a HUD 221(d)(4) loan secured through the Mason Joseph Company.

Residents will enjoy a comprehensive suite of outdoor and community amenities. These amenities include a state-of-the-art clubhouse with a serving area, a resort-style swimming pool featuring a sun deck, a modern fitness center, a dog park and washing station, a pickleball court, and secured access entry.
