Colliers Secures 18K-SF Bethesda Lease for Rock Spring Properties

Colliers facilitated the lease of an 18,567-square-foot, newly renovated office space at 6550 Rock Spring Drive in Bethesda, Maryland, to the Grossberg Company.

Colliers’ Nate Crowe and Katie Datin represented the landlord, Rock Spring Properties. Colliers partnered with Rock Spring Properties to deliver a workplace designed to attract and support tenants like the Grossberg Company, positioning them for long-term growth and success.

Rock Spring Properties is a long-term owner of real estate, and its holdings include six buildings within Rock Spring Park. The tenant, Grossberg Company, is one of D.C.’s providers of accounting, tax and business consulting services.

Located within Rock Spring Park, the property offers access to Bethesda, Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia and Frederick from its position at the intersection of I-270, I-495 and Old Georgetown Road.

Prior to the lease, Colliers served as an advisor on the multi- million renovation program, which included adding a new entry sequence, lobby, state-of-the-art shared conference room, podcast room, and tenant lounge.
