Naftali Group Brings CorePower Yoga to Gramercy

Naftali Group said that CorePower Yoga, the nation’s largest yoga studio brand, will open at The Willow, Naftali’s new luxury residential development located at 201 E. 23rd St. in Manhattan’s Gramercy neighborhood. Marking CorePower Yoga’s first location in Gramercy, the forthcoming studio will bring a new wellness destination to the ground floor of the boutique-scale residential building, which recently opened to residents.

“We are thrilled to welcome CorePower Yoga to The Willow,” said Danielle Naftali, EVP, Marketing, Sales and Design of Naftali Group. “The building was designed to feel deeply connected to Gramercy, with a strong sense of place that reflects the neighborhood’s history, character and daily rhythm. Bringing CorePower Yoga into that environment adds another thoughtful layer to the experience, introducing a wellness destination that complements both daily life at the project and the surrounding neighborhood.”

The new CorePower Yoga location will occupy approximately 3,100 square feet of prime retail space along Third Avenue and 23rd Street. Slated to open towards the end of the year, the studio will further expand the brand’s New York City presence with its signature heated yoga, strength and recovery-focused classes, rooted in mindfulness and community connection.
