Partners Inks Leasing Deal for Houston’s Intercontinental Center

Partners Real Estate has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Intercontinental Center, a nine-story, 200,250-square-foot Class A office building at 15600 John F. Kennedy Blvd. in Houston. Vince Strake and Brad Beasley of the firm’s Office Agency Leasing practice will lead the assignment. 

Intercontinental Center sits in the North Houston corridor between the North Belt and George Bush Intercontinental Airport, with access to the rest of the city via U.S. 59, I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road. Building amenities include a conferencing facility, an on-site fitness center, a micro-market, 24-hour courtesy officer coverage, and an attached garage with covered parking for tenants and visitors.

This latest win comes on the heels of a continued run of success for Partners’ Office Agency Leasing team in Houston, which most recently includes being named the exclusive leasing agent for TotalEnergies Tower, the 834,000-square foot downtown landmark at 1201 Louisiana, awarded by The Wideman Company in July.
