Evergreen Devco Moving Ahead on Denver-Area Mixed-Use Community

Evergreen Devco is building apartments, a senior living facility and retail in Thornton, just outside Denver. Creekside Gardens will span 26 acres at the southwest corner of East 104th Avenue and Washington Street.

The Denver Business Journal reports the 250-unit multifamily development will sit on approximately 9.75 acres toward the center of the 26-acre site. It will include seven three-story multifamily and mixed-use buildings, along with four two-story carriage unit buildings.

The apartments will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. The center of the site will include a one-story clubhouse with a pool and fitness center. The apartments will include some ground-floor commercial space.

Directly east of the apartments, there are 4 acres that are dedicated to an active senior living complex that is being built by Ryan Companies. The five-story building is anticipated to include 166 units.
