Woodside Health Expands with Two Medical Acquisitions in Virginia
Woodside Health announced the acquisition of two medical properties in Chesapeake, Virginia, including Hillcrest Medical Office Building and Volvo Medical Office.
Hillcrest Medical Office Building, constructed in 2021, is located within one of Chesapeake’s fastest-growing residential corridors. Volvo Medical Office, constructed in 2011, is situated along one of Chesapeake’s most established commercial corridors and is fully occupied by healthcare tenants serving the broader region. The properties comprise 25,000 square feet, and they are anchored by Dental Care Alliance.
“The acquisition aligns with our investment strategy focused on well-located healthcare properties in strong and growing markets,” said Ben Barr, Principal at Woodside Health. “In addition to these buildings, we recently closed on another healthcare property in the Virginia Beach MSA.”
The transaction represents Woodside Health’s latest addition to its growing national portfolio across the United States. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Woodside Health is a private equity firm that invests in the healthcare real estate sector.
