Canyon Partners Provides Refi on Four-Building Elizabeth Industrial

Canyon Partners Real Estate LLC has provided a $67-million senior loan with Kurv Industrial to refinance Kurv Elizabeth, a Class-A industrial property in Elizabeth, NJ. The transaction was facilitated by CBRE.

Delivered in mid-2024, Kurv Elizabeth comprises four buildings totaling more than 278,000 square feet. Designed to accommodate a variety of industrial users, the property features flexible size offerings, rear-load configurations, and upgraded LED lighting. It offers convenient access to Interstate 78 and connectivity to Lower Manhattan and Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley.

“Kurv Elizabeth represents a compelling opportunity to finance a high-quality industrial asset in a strategically located market supported by connectivity and durable demand,” said Robin Potts, CIO of Canyon Partners. “We are pleased to build on our relationship with Kurv on this project, and we continue to see an attractive opportunity set across the industrial sector, particularly for well-located assets serving major population and logistics hubs.”
