Clise Properties Names Benjamin Freeburg as Chief Financial Officer
Clise Properties has announced Benjamin Freeburg as its next chief financial officer. Freeburg is succeeding Bryan Joyner, who is retiring at the end of the year after 34 years with the firm.
Freeburg brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate finance, including leadership roles with private and institutional investment and asset management organizations across a variety of property types.
“Ben has the right background to understand capital markets, operating platforms and investment strategies to support and elevate our diverse portfolio at Clise Properties,” said Executive Chairman A.M. Clise. “We are confident his experience will provide transparent leadership and great collaboration with our internal and external partners.”
Prior to Clise, Freeburg was the chief financial officer at Martin Selig Real Estate for the past two years. He previously served in leadership roles with Aegis Living and Echelon Capital, after beginning his career at BlackRock.
