Colliers Arranges Sale of Pennsylvania Retail Site Slated for Redevelopment

Colliers has arranged the sale of a 1.8-acre retail property at 857 N Easton Road in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, from Bergey’s Auto Group to Fred Beans Family of Dealerships. The site will be redeveloped into an approximately 20,000-square-foot Fred Beans Ford Truck Center.

Rich Weitzman, a senior vice president in Colliers’ Philadelphia office, handled the full transaction on behalf of both parties. The property at 857 N Easton Road sits on 1.82 acres and carries approximately 4,748 square feet of existing improvements built in 1964 and renovated in 1985. “Colliers was able to bring together two established automotive organizations with whom we have had long-standing relationships to accomplish a successful outcome for both,” said Rich Weitzman, Senior Vice President at Colliers.

The Doylestown acquisition is part of a broader growth trajectory for Fred Beans Family of Dealerships. The group now operates more than 30 locations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
