Diversified to Break Ground on 100K-SF Scottsdale Lakefront Development
Diversified Partners will officially break ground in two weeks on The Lakefront at Scottsdale, its approximately 100,000-square-foot mixed-use redevelopment. The dated mixed-use venture will undergo a major conversion. The landmark Scottsdale waterfront property will include dining, retail, office space and gathering.
The site was home to The Charthouse, which opened its doors in 1984 and just closed last year.
The property is being redeveloped into a hospitality-driven waterfront destination featuring signature restaurants and outdoor dining, boutique and experiential retail, Class A office space and public gathering areas. Longtime tenant Forever Living Products is staying put in the upgraded office space.
At the groundbreaking, at 7501 E. McCormick Parkway, Diversified Partners will officially announce three restaurant and café concepts joining The Lakefront: La La Land Kind Cafe, V Modern Italian, and SUSHISAMBA.
