ICP Acquires 427K-SF Corporate Campus in Kalamazoo

Industrial Commercial Properties LLC (ICP) has acquired 1 Financial Parkway, a three-building, 426,788-square-foot corporate campus situated on 55 acres in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

“We continue to see opportunities where good real estate can be repositioned to serve new companies and new uses. We have invested successfully in Michigan for years, and surpassing five million square feet reinforces our commitment to
continuing that growth and repositioning properties like this one.”

The property’s I-1 zoning allows a variety of office and industrial uses, giving ICP flexibility to reposition the existing campus for a broad range of users. Its location along I-94 offers convenient access to Kalamazoo, Portage, and Battle Creek, placing the property on the major transportation corridor connecting Chicago and Detroit.

ICP plans to evaluate opportunities to market the campus, with the combination of existing infrastructure, highway access, and developable acreage providing multiple options for future users.
