Sterling Realty Organization Expands Executive Team, Names Andy Campbell Vice President of Land Strategy

Sterling Realty Organization (SRO) announced it has named Andy Campbell Vice President of Land Strategy, further strengthening the company’s executive leadership team.

In his new role, Campbell will serve as a member of SRO’s executive team, with primary responsibility for the company’s landholdings and development opportunities. Drawing on his rich background in development, joint venture structuring and management, portfolio and investment strategy, and capital markets, he will help identify, evaluate and advance opportunities.

With 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Campbell brings an extensive background to his new role, spanning development, investment strategy, joint ventures and capital markets. Prior to joining SRO, he served as senior director of development at global real estate company Greystar, where he managed new development and capital markets efforts throughout the Pacific Northwest.

“Andy brings a remarkable blend of development expertise, strategic thinking and experience navigating complex real estate transactions to his new role,” said Matt Skager, President, SRO.
