Timberlane Partners Acquires 91-Unit Issaquah Apartments for $37M
Seattle-based real estate investment firm Timberlane Partners has acquired the Vista Ridge, a 91-unit apartment complex in Issaquah, for $37 million.
The 91-unit apartment complex at 201 Mountain Park Blvd. SW sold in a deal, with the sale price coming out to around $406,600 per unit, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. The seller was Vancouver, British Columbia-based Belkorp Holdings.
Vista Ridge offers two- and three-bedroom apartments and is located near historic downtown Issaquah and Gilman Village. The property benefits from proximity to the trails, local shopping, dining, and outdoor destination and the complex provides convenient access to I-90 and SR 900. The 107,077-square-foot Vista Ridge was built in 1992. The eight-building, garden-style complex sits on 7 acres and includes two- and three-bedroom apartments averaging 1,106 square feet.
Timberlane acquired Vista Ridge through its Timberlane Acquisition Fund II. It is the third acquisition for the fund, following the purchases of Wonderland Creek Townhomes in Colorado and the Jackson Apartments in Seattle.
