18-Story Houston Office Tower Changes Hands

Serac Capital Partners, in partnership with National Real Estate Advisors, acquired 3737 Buffalo Speedway in Greenway Plaza. Madison Marquette was the seller.

The Houston Business Journal reports 3737 Buffalo Speedway is an 18-story, 390,919-square-foot office tower at the intersection of Buffalo Speedway and Richmond Avenue.

Public records show 3737 Buffalo Speedway had an appraised value for tax purposes of $136.3 million as of Jan. 1.

The building was designed by Elkus Manfredi and constructed by Harvey-Cleary Builders.

The building’s amenities include a conference center, a fitness center and 24-hour security on-site. There also are two on-site restaurants, including Eunice, a modern Cajun-Creole restaurant and raw bar.

The building’s tenant roster includes private equity firms, family offices, foundations, law firms and Fortune 100 companies. The Dinerstein Cos. moved into a 34,400-square-foot space on the ninth floor of 3737 Buffalo Speedway. The build-out of the new office is scheduled to be completed by early 2027.
