Trammell Crow Building Grapevine Apartments, Hotel

Trammell Crow Company plans to add three hotels near Grapevine Mills mall and 248 apartments, which will be spread across 11 buildings, as part of a project called Grapevine Village. The proposed anchor of the 28.7-acre development is a six-story, 222-room Sandman Signature Hotel. The three hotels will contain 750 rooms.

Community Impact reorts additionally, the development will include a 275-seat full-service restaurant inside the Sandman Signature Hotel, 4,000 square feet of banquet space and two other hotels. The 135,735-square-foot hotel would have a full-service “Chop Steakhouse and Bar Restaurant,” meeting space, a fitness center and an outdoor pool.

The project was originally voted down, but Trammell Crow made changes that were more amenable to the towns council.
