Vintage Denver Office Building Hits the Market
A Denver building, commonly known as “The Vault,” has been put up for sale. The 107,000-square-foot building, built in 1907, was occupied by the coworking company WeWork until it left the building five years ago. It’s now vacant. The Denver Business Journal reports Harbor Associates is the current owner, having paid $17.6 million in 2017. JLL is the exclusive advisor for the listing.
From 2019 to 2024, the building’s owners invested over $22.4 million in the property. Those renovations restored the first two floors and building exterior, delivered a new lobby and modernized building systems. Eight of the building’s nine floors are fully renovated with furnished spec suites on the sixth through ninth floors.
Along with office offerings, the Vault contains a 2,007-square-foot retail space on the corner of 17th and Champa streets and has up to 200 spaces at the Residence Inn parking garage across the street.
