EQT Offloads 46-Building SE USA Warehouse Portfolio

JLL Capital Markets announced the sale and financing of a 46-building industrial portfolio totaling approximately 10.5 million square feet across the southeastern United States. The Southeast Industrial Portfolio includes Class A logistics buildings spanning 10 markets in the Carolinas, Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

JLL represented the seller, EQT Real Estate, in the transaction. LBA Realty purchased the portfolio. JLL also arranged acquisition financing through two national banks on behalf of the buyer.

The portfolio consists of logistics facilities averaging 230,000 square feet and is positioned across the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida and Alabama: Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville-Spartanburg, Atlanta, Savannah, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Birmingham and Huntsville.

The buildings accommodate a diverse range of tenant uses including last-touch operations, regional distribution centers, advanced manufacturing and bulk distribution.

The JLL Capital Markets team representing the seller included John Huguenard and Trent Agnew, Will McCormack and Associate Tara Hagerty. 

JLL’s Debt Advisory team was led by Kevin MacKenzie, Peter Thompson, Steven Klein and Chris Pratt.
