SVN Chicago Commercial Facilitates Sale of Property in Chicago’s Noble Square Neighborhood

SVN | Chicago Commercial facilitated the $1.56 million sale of a six-unit Greystone and coach house property at 950–952 N. Noble Street in Chicago’s Noble Square neighborhood.

Wayne Caplan, Senior Vice President with SVN | Chicago Commercial, represented the seller. The value-add property drew immediate buyer interest, before ultimately selling above asking price. The building’s Noble Square location and potential for further enhancement contributed to the highly competitive process.

“Five showings and five offers in a single day speak to the demand for well-located multifamily opportunities in Chicago,” said Caplan. “When quality assets come to market in established neighborhoods like Noble Square, buyers are prepared to move quickly.”
