LendingTree Relocates to New Seattle Office Space
Online loan marketplace LendingTree Inc. is moving from one building to another in Pioneer Square in the southwest corner of downtown Seattle, Washington.
The company signed a 39,000-square-foot lease at 83 King, a building owned by Hudson Pacific Properties. LendingTree will relocate from a similarly sized office at 157 Yesler Way, reported Puget Sound Business Journal.
“We’re excited to continue our presence in Pioneer Square and to make 83 King our new Seattle home,” LendingTree CEO Scott Peyree said in a release. The building is part of Hudson Pacific’s five-building, 845,200-square-foot King Street Crossing complex, which is 62% leased overall.
Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, LendingTree offers an online marketplace to connect borrowers with lenders, banks and credit card companies to help finance mortgages, personal, auto and business loans. The firm has about 150 employees in the Seattle area.
