BGO, Alliance Industrial Acquire 266K-SF FW Warehouse

BGO and Alliance Industrial Company acquired Northwest Commerce Park Building 2. The 266,152-square-foot Class-A industrial property is located at 2765 Highway 114 in Fort Worth, Texas, and was acquired through a joint venture between the two firms. Nutri-Bon Distribution was the seller. Stream Realty and Morgan Stanley teamed up to develop the building in 2020.

For BGO, the off-market transaction represents the fourth acquisition for its U.S. industrial value-add strategy.

Completed in 2020, Northwest Commerce Park Building 2 is a front-load distribution facility located in the NE Tarrant/Alliance industrial submarket. The property features 32-foot clear heights, 51 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, a 185-foot concrete truck court, 46 trailer stalls and 135 parking spaces.

The property offers direct frontage on State Highway 114 with convenient access to Interstate 35W and is situated near key transportation and logistics infrastructure, including BNSF’s Alliance Intermodal facility and Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport.
