  • Cushman & Wakefield has added Steve Klein to its Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team as managing director and loan restructuring practice lead. In this role, Klein will oversee the firm’s loan restructuring practice, focusing on identifying and executing restructuring solutions for distressed and transitional loan situations.  
  • Convene Hospitality Group (CHG), a global leader in hospitality-driven destinations and operator of events and meeting brands, has appointed Melanie Colton as its new chief product & technology officer. Based at CHG’s New York City headquarters, Colton steps into an expanded leadership role where she will steer the company’s technology platform, operational systems, and data-driven capabilities across its global portfolio.  
  • Midwood Investment & Development, a leading national real estate investment and development firm, has appointed Aarthi Bansidhar as CFO. Bansidhar joins Midwood with more than 20 years of experience in finance and real estate. Most recently, she served as managing director at Madison Capital, where she oversaw the financial operations of the firm’s real estate investment platform and affiliated management company.  
  • Odyssey Retail Advisors has made three new hires. Juliana Freeman joins as retail analyst, Gabriela Moniz joins as retail coordinator and Elizabeth Walsh returns to Odyssey as retail analyst. 
  • CPL announced a planned leadership transition. Todd Liebert has transitioned from his role as CEO to serve as senior advisor through his planned retirement at the end of 2026.  The CPL board of directors has initiated a formal search for the firm’s next CEO. CPL president Chris Colby has assumed day-to-day leadership of the organization while the board conducts a comprehensive executive search.   
  • Mt. Kisco, NY-based Diamond Properties announced that EVP Mark Blandford and leasing manager Jeff Haack have been named winners of CoStar’s Q2 2026 Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award for completing a lease of approximately 55,846 square feet at 600 Beta Dr. in Mayfield Village, OH, to Mars Electric. CoStar recognizes Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners for significant commercial real estate transactions completed each quarter, based on price and square footage. 
  • A&G Real Estate Partners, a national real estate advisory firm specializing in real estate optimization, lease renegotiations, real estate sales and strategic real estate solutions, announced that senior managing director Alexandra Graiser has been honored by two prestigious awards programs: The M&A Advisor’s 17th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards and Global M&A Network’s Americas Rising Star Dealmaker Awards. Graiser, who joined A&G in 2018 from FTI Consulting, where she began her career in corporate finance and restructuring, has led advisory efforts on some of the nation’s most high-profile retail cases. 
  • JVP Development has appointed Team Arceon, led by Corcoran Top 25 broker Kristen Suh, as the exclusive sales and marketing team for 250 W. 96th St., a 131-residence luxury condominium on Manhattan’s Upper West Side designed by renowned Danish designer Thomas Juul-Hansen. The official announcement comes on the heels of 250 W. 96th being recognized by Marketproof as Manhattan’s top-performing new development in July 2026.
