Michael Yemm has joined CBRE’s St. Louis office as an associate. He will work with Katie Haywood, Brian Bush and Jon Hinds, specializing in the leasing of industrial properties across the greater St. Louis region. Yemm joins CBRE following his graduation from Carthage College, where he completed several internships in the St. Louis market, including with Armanino LLP, where he was responsible for valuation and financial analysis assignments.

As its national commercial title business continues to expand, Proper Title, LLC has hired Kerry Walsh as commercial operations and underwriting manager, adding more than 20 years of legal, underwriting and litigation experience to its growing commercial platform. In her new role, Walsh will leverage her varied experience in real estate and title law to oversee complex commercial transactions across the country.

NAI Farbman, the brokerage arm of full-service commercial real estate firm Farbman Group, announced that Vice President Brandon Ben-Ezra has joined NAI Global’s Young Professionals Network Leadership Committee. The NAI Global Young Professionals Network Leadership Committee shapes the next generation of brokers throughout NAI Global’s network.

The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC appointed Thad Ingersoll as Chief Compliance Officer of Inland’s broker-dealer and registered investment adviser. Ingersoll will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the Company’s compliance program. Additionally, he will serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and business partners, ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting responsible growth across distribution channels.
