- Nick Robinson has joined Colliers as Vice President. Based in Jacksonville, Robinson brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and an extensive background in retail advisory, landlord and tenant representation, site selection, development and investment sales across Florida. Robinson joins Colliers as a partner in the Hurst Robinson Arroyo Team. The team provides comprehensive retail real estate advisory services to landlords, developers, investors and occupiers across North Florida and throughout the state.
- Hedrick Brothers Construction broke ground on a comprehensive, multi-year campus improvement program at The Club at Ibis, a Palm Beach County private club community. Selected as Construction Manager at Risk, Hedrick Brothers Construction will oversee a carefully phased transformation designed to elevate the club’s world-class amenities while allowing members to continue enjoying uninterrupted access throughout construction.
- Cottonwood Group provided a $50 million mezzanine loan for the East Tower at Oasis Hallandale, a 25-story, 250-unit luxury for-sale condominium development in Hallandale Beach, Florida. WD Capital Group arranged the financing on behalf of the sponsorship, which will provide additional capital to support the East Tower through completion and condominium sellout. Oasis Hallandale is sponsored by developer Giuseppe Iadisernia, with MGM Construction Group serving as general contractor.
