Planet Fitness to Open at Sky Three Residences in West Brighton Beach

Planet Fitness has signed a lease for 14,520 square feet of retail space at the base of Tower 3 at Sky Three Residences, 532 Neptune Ave. in Brooklyn’s West Brighton Beach neighborhood. Located along the Neptune Avenue corridor, the new gym will complement the neighborhood’s growing mix of retail uses and is expected to open in early 2027.

CBRE represented Planet Fitness in the transaction, while Commercial Acquisitions represented the landlord.

Planet Fitness will join Sky Three’s growing ground-floor retail lineup, which includes CVS Pharmacy, NetCost Market, Starbucks, Flower Heaven NYC, Sky Mocha and Kings Barbershop. Flower Heaven offers Sky Three residents an exclusive 10% discount, while Sky Mocha provides delivery throughout the property’s amenity spaces, including directly to its resort-style pool.
