Associated Bank Finalizes Loan for Twelve-Acre Retail Project in OH
Associated Bank announced the completion of a $9 million loan to GTZ Properties for development of Trailhead Crossing, a multi-building retail project at 1135-1131 US-36 in Delaware, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus.
The twelve-acre project will consist of three freestanding buildings occupied by Chik-Fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Take 5 Oil Change; a second three-tenant strip will be occupied by Dunkin Donuts, Nothing Bundt Cakes and Pacific Dental Services. Of two pad-ready sites, one is already pending sale to a national daycare company. A later phase of the development will be anchored by a big-box national retailer.
GTZ Properties is a Highland Park, Illinois, based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company specializing in retail-related properties nationwide that is headed by Mitch Goltz and Jeremy Forman. Daniel Barrins, a senior vice president with Associated Bank’s Commercial Real Estate division in Chicago, managed the loan arrangements and closing. This is Associated Bank’s 18th loan to GTZ Properties principal Mitch Goltz.
