Transwestern Signs New Grocer Lease at 680 North Lake Shore Drive

Transwestern announced that the owners of 680 N. Lake Shore Drive, Golub & Company and TopMed Realty, signed a lease with 680 Lakeside Market, a 5,512-square-foot grocer.

Transwestern Senior Vice President Katie Steele represented ownership in the transaction. “680 N. Lake Shore Drive continues to build upon its reputation as a vibrant hub of wellness and convenience in the heart of Streeterville’s Medical Research District,” said Steele. “The addition of 680 Lakeside Market enhances the day-to-day experience for everyone in the building.”

680 Lakeside Market is owned by the same operators of Lakeside Foods in Winnetka, Illinois, a full-service supermarket. The new grocer offers a selection of fresh produce, grab-and-go items, sandwiches, salads and other prepared meals.

In addition to 680 Lakeside Market, Pinnacle Fertility Illinois has completed construction of its ambulatory surgery center inside the property. 680 N. Lake Shore Drive’s medical and retail offerings serve a growing population in Streeterville.
