Hyatt Commercial Completes Office Lease in Maryland with Medical Practice

Hyatt Commercial announced that Menocal Family Practice has leased approximately 8,000 square feet at 1800 Dual Highway in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Hyatt Commercial brokers Treva Ghattas and Laurie Murphy-Zuiderhof represented the landlord in leasing the space. The suite originally served as the executive offices of a financial institution. The transaction continues a growing trend of healthcare providers driving office leasing activity throughout Washington County.

“We’re seeing healthcare providers become one of the primary drivers of leasing activity in Washington County. Buildings that can accommodate medical users—or be strategically converted—are significantly better positioned than those marketed solely to traditional office tenants,” said Treva Ghattas, Vice President at Hyatt Commercial.

“We are excited to continue growing our practice at 1800 Dual Highway,” said Dr. Julio Menocal of Menocal Family Practice. “The new location provides the space and flexibility we need to serve more patients. It will also allow us to continue delivering the high-quality, personalized care our communities expect.”
