BTH Breaks Ground on 7-Building Port St. Lucie Warehouse Development
BTH Development Partners is moving ahead on Phase 1 of Tradition Commerce Park, a 530,000 square foot industrial park in Port St. Lucie. Miller Construction Company is building the project at 12051 SW Tom Mackie Boulevard. Claren Architecture and Planners is the architect., Tradition Commerce Park is master-planned industrial and flex development spanning about 34 acres.
Developed by BTH Development Partners, Tradition Commerce Park is approved for seven industrial and flex buildings. Phase 1 encompasses vertical construction of Building 4 (approximately 28,800 square feet) and Building 5 (approximately 26,400 square feet).
Both Phase 1 buildings features customizable tenant layouts, starting at 3,000 square feet, to meet the region’s surging demand for small- to mid-bay flex and light industrial space. Subsequent phases of Tradition Commerce Park are planned to deliver large-bay dock-high industrial distribution facilities of up to 166,968 square feet, as well as build-to-suit opportunities.
