Northmarq Closes Sale of $23M Multifamily Community in Spokane

Northmarq’s Seattle Investment Sales team, led by Tyler Smith, Steve Fischer, Joe Kinkopf and Brendan Greenheck, brokered the $22.5 million sale of Go Go Heights Apartments, a 178-unit garden-style multifamily community located at 7024 N. Colton St. in Spokane, Washington.

Northmarq represented the seller, LC Gogo Heights LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was c702 LLC, a Washington-based private investment firm. ”There were a lot of market headwinds in getting this transaction to the finish line,” Kinkopf said. “The buyer was able to leverage their local team in order to execute on this deal quickly and successfully.”

The transaction reflects continued investor interest in well-located multifamily assets throughout the Pacific Northwest, particularly properties that offer scale and long-term value in growing regional markets. Constructed in 1989, Go Go Heights Apartments offer residents a mix of two- and three-bedroom units featuring hardwood laminate flooring, walk-in closets, in-unit fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and private balconies.
