Entre Commercial Realty Negotiates Long-Term Lease at Truck Maintenance Facility

Entre Commercial Realty executed the lease of a 16,932-square-foot industrial building located at 675 Greenleaf Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Entre represented Nearby Truck Repair LLC, a local diesel mechanic and fleet repair operator. 675 Greenleaf is fully equipped for heavy-duty truck repair & features a fully secured 1.3-acre lot. Secured yard space of this scale is increasingly scarce across Chicago’s industrial corridors, and it was the decisive factor that brought Nearby Truck Repair to the table, giving the company a protected environment to store trucks, trailers, and equipment.

Ian Pattison of Entre Commercial Realty and Brad Bullington of GC Realty & Development were the sole brokers in the transaction, and worked with local landlord Gullo International Development Corp.
