Lincoln Property Company Names Tricia Moore as Executive Vice President, Asset Management

Lincoln Property Company announced that Tricia Moore has joined the company as executive vice president, asset management.

Based in Washington, D.C., Moore will lead asset management for Lincoln’s Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing initiatives that drive portfolio performance, operational excellence and long-term value creation. She brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience spanning asset management, acquisitions and portfolio management. She joins Lincoln from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, where she served as executive director and oversaw a $4.5 billion portfolio of real estate assets across East Coast markets and multiple property types.

“Tricia is a highly respected leader with an exceptional track record of creating value for clients and investors across a multitude of asset classes in major markets around the country,” said Lincoln’s Senior Executive Vice President and Mid-Atlantic Market Leader Brandon Ernst. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Moore held senior leadership positions with Spaulding & Slye Investments, Choice Hotels International, First Potomac Realty Trust and Goldman Sachs.
