Aventon Moving Ahead on 384-Unit Wesley Chapel Rental Community
Aventon paid $16.25 million for nearly 20 acres in Wesley Chapel with plans to build a 384-unit apartment community. Clearwater Bay Associates was the seller of the parcel at State Road 56 and Meadow Pointe Boulevard.
Steve Lannon and Lee Arnold of Colliers represented Clearwater Bay Associates in the transaction. Eric Joseph with Coldwell Banker NRT represented the buyer.
Aventon Companies broke ground on Aventon Wesley Chapel in July. The community will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across six garden-style residential buildings centered around a scenic pond. Leasing is anticipated to begin in early 2028.
Planned amenities include a swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, pet spa and resident clubhouse with dedicated coworking space and social gathering areas.
Clearwater Bay previously sold Aventon land near State Road 54 and Meadow Pointe Boulevard for Aventon Meadows (shown), an apartment community that opened in 2024.
Clearwater Bay Associates, Inc., is a privately held Florida corporation focused on land holdings, property management and farming.
