Skanska Promotes Tom Leptich, Albert Martin to New Roles in Seattle

Skanska has promoted Tom Leptich to vice president of operations and Albert Martin to vice president and account manager for its Skanska USA Building operations across the Puget Sound region and the Inland Northwest.

Each has spent more than two decades with the company. As vice president of operations, Leptich will oversee project execution and field operations across Washington. Since joining Skanska in 2000, Leptich has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence, developing people, and delivering successful project outcomes.

As vice president and account manager, Martin will continue his focus on building Skanska’s K-12 market, as well as strengthening and expanding client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. During his career, Martin has led large projects across the education, civic, healthcare, and commercial sectors that have positively impacted communities throughout Washington. The two promotions are the latest in a series from within the Seattle office.
