Lathrop GPM LLP Completes Move to New DC Office

Lathrop GPM LLP’s Washington, D.C. team has relocated to a new 7,000-square-foot office on the 10th floor of 1015 15th Street NW.

“We’re excited to move into a new office space that provides our team members and clients with a modern, flexible environment in the heart of Washington, D.C.,” said Frank Sciremammano, partner in charge of the firm’s D.C. office. The law firm, which is based in Kansas City, downsized as part of the move from nearly 16,000 square feet at the Watergate.

Located in the heart of the city’s central business district, the firm’s new office offers convenient access to major transit hubs, government institutions and business corridors, as well as cultural and dining destinations. Newmark represented Lathrop in the new office space deal.

Over the last several years, Lathrop has relocated 10 regional offices to reduce overall costs. “Our real estate strategy is focused on providing environments that enable our professionals to do their best work and deliver exceptional value to clients,” said Chief Operating Officer Courtney Landon.
