Corpay’s Cross-Border Business Leases Prebuilt at Rudin’s 560 Lexington

Rudin announced a new 11-year office lease with Corpay, Inc.’s. Cross-Border business at 560 Lexington Ave., its 22-story office tower in the Plaza District.

Corpay Cross-Border Solutions, which specializes in foreign exchange, global payments and risk management, will relocate its headquarters to 560 Lexington this fall. The company will occupy a 17,778-square-foot prebuilt space spanning the entire 17th floor of the 380,000-square-foot building.

“Corpay’s commitment to 560 Lexington demonstrates the continued allure of the Plaza District and further validates our investments in our portfolio’s amenity and prebuild programs,” said Kevin Daly, VP of office leasing at Rudin. “Given these ongoing efforts, only minor modifications to a prebuilt floor were needed to meet Corpay’s requirements. This allowed us to accommodate their accelerated timeline for move-in, which was a big factor in getting the deal done.”

Jacob Rosenthal and Kevin Carroll of CBRE represented Corpay. Rudin was represented in-house by Daly and a CBRE team of Peter Turchin, Brett Shannon, Eric Deutsch and Lauren Levy.
