Arlington Aerospace Supplier Building $45M Addition

Circuit Systems Co. Inc. plans to begin construction in November to expand its manufacturing warehouse at 5301 W. Pioneer Parkway. The contract manufacturer makes aerospace bonding jumping cables, bus bars and grounding straps. The expansion is expected to cost $45 million.

The company will add 20,980 square feet to its existing 11,880-square-foot facility. The expansion also includes new offices, a conference room, storage and restroom facilities.

Circuit Systems products — used in commercial and military aircraft — include parts of the F-22 and F-35 aircraft from Fort Worth-based Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as well as those used in the International Space Station. Those parts provide a safe pathway for electrical currents on aircraft, preventing damage from lightning strikes.
