Investor Team Pays $91.8M for 2 Charlotte Office Buildings
Corebridge Real Estate Investors and Crestlight Capital acquired two buildings in The Station at LoSo mixed-use project in Charlotte. Commercial Search reports that the group paid $91.8 million for the assets, which consist of 200,000 square feet of space. Beacon Partners was the seller.
At the time of sale, the buildings were 90 percent leased. JLL’s Ryan Clutter, Mike McDonald, Daniel Flynn and Director CJ Liuzzo led the Capital Markets’ Investment Sales and Advisory team that worked on behalf of Beacon Partners.
Located at 3600 and 3700 South Blvd., Station 3 and Station 4 represent the first phase of a roughly 15-acre, master-planned development. Slated to come online in three phases, Beacon Partners’ project also includes MAA LoSo and Ello House, two communities totaling 693 units.
Future phases will bring online Station 1 and 2, two additional office buildings set to total roughly 1 million square feet, as well as a 350-unit community expected to break ground this year.
