Entre Commercial Realty Completes 21K-SF Lease in Wauconda

Entre Commercial Realty completed the lease of a 20,500 square foot industrial building located at 1275 Kyle Court in Wauconda, Illinois. The freestanding industrial facility features 20-foot clear heights, two exterior loading docks, and one drive-in door.

Brian Bocci, SIOR, and Jack Steineke of Entre Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. Prior to the lease, Bocci also represented the seller in the sale of the property to an investment purchaser. Shortly after the acquisition, they successfully secured a tenant, completing the investor’s lease-up strategy and bringing the building to full occupancy. Cawley Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in the lease transaction.

“This transaction demonstrates the value of providing clients with full-cycle real estate services, from investment sales to leasing,” said Brian Bocci, SIOR. “We are proud to have helped our client acquire the property as an investment and quickly secure a quality tenant.”
