GREA Closes Sale of 86-Unit Luxury Apartments in Glen Ellyn

GREA announced the sale of Glenwood Station, a newly delivered 159,000-square-foot, 86-unit luxury apartment development located in downtown Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

The transit-oriented property was developed by Holladay Properties and opened to residents in the spring of 2025. The GREA Chicago team of Christopher Sackley, William Montana and Kyle Jamison represented Holladay Properties in the sale of the property. The transaction closed in July after receiving significant investor interest, reflecting strong buyer confidence in the asset and the broader DuPage County multifamily market.

Situated just one block from the Glen Ellyn Metra Station, Glenwood Station offers residents seamless connectivity to downtown Chicago and the broader Chicagoland region. The four-story community features a clubhouse, fitness center, ground-level cafe, conference work center, electric vehicle charging stations, and a heated parking garage. The pet-friendly property features a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom units.
