Historic Trinity Lutheran Church in Everett Listed for Sale
Trinity Lutheran Church in Everett, Washington, has listed its historic property at 2324 Lombard Avenue for sale.
Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President Steve Pelluer and Associate Vice President Zeke Pelluer are representing the congregation. For more than a century, Trinity has been a place of worship, inclusion, and service. Organized in 1904 as St. Paul Lutheran Church, it became Trinity English Lutheran Church in 1914.
“Properties with this combination of character, history, flexibility, and community significance rarely become available,” said Steve Pelluer. Designed by Seattle architecture firm Bebb and Gould, the historic sanctuary has served as a worship site for generations.
The 13,728-square-foot property includes 9,644 square feet of church space and a 4,084-square-foot administration building. The 0.41-acre property is adjacent to Clark Park and near downtown Everett, Everett High School, and North Middle School. The church portion dates to the early 1920s, with additions completed in 1940 and 1969.
